Transcript of record of case made before Judge David Davis listing several adulterous relationships by Franklin Gray prior to his leaving for California, subpoenas sent, interrogations made, proof of publication announcing the bill of chancery against Franklin, and petition for divorce. J.C. Conkling acted as Mrs. Gray's lawyer. James H. Matheny, Clerk of the Court, attested and signed the transcript.
